BGI’s digitalized interview process

Dear candidates, since we consider your valuable time and understand the hassle of travelling to the city to attend an interview, we have made it easier by initiating a digitalized interview process.
This way we encourage and support talents from any Tier 2 and Tier 3 city / villages across India. Irrespective if you are from a metropolitan or from a rural village, or if you have little to no work experience, businessgateways is open to accepting your application as long as you are interested in the roles we offer.

All you have to do is to click the Join BGI link and fill in the online screening application form and attach your resume. If your profile is found suitable, we will schedule a series of online interviews culminating in a in-person interview where a decision would be taken on your candidature. If selected you get to work either at Chennai or Pondicherry depending on the job posting.

Open Positions

We are Looking for skilled Developers, Testers, and Marketers from Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities / villages
businessgateways is conducting online interviews to cut the travel hassle:

• For Senior Product Manager: Involves collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and strategic partners to drive product innovation and growth.
• For Developer: Mobile/Desktop Web Applications (Angular/ PHP / JavaScript).
• For Tester: A keen eye to review software requirements and prepare test scenarios.
• For Marketing: Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
• For Application Support: Previous Work experience in any Ticketing(e.g ZohoDesk/FreshDesk) & Chat(e.g Zoho SalesiQ/Fresh Chat) Tools.

Good to have:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.

For Senior Product Manager:

• Product Management, Product Development, and Product Strategy skills
• Experience with online platform management and development
• Knowledge of IT project implementation and technology-driven solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the ITES industry or related field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

For Developer:

• Prior knowledge of programming.
• Full Stack Developer: Candidate must have Minimum 2+ years of Experience in Full Stack Development. Strong Knowledge in PHP, AngularJS & Angular and MySql.
• Web Developer Candidate must have Minimum 3+ years of Experience in PHP development. Strong Knowledge in PHP and MySql.
• Java Developer Must have minimum 3+ years of experience in Java/J2ee. Hands on experience with Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot/MVC, JPA/Hibernate, Web services(RESTFUL/SOAP).
• Android Developer must have Minimum 2+ years of experience in Flutter. Strong knowledge in Kotlin and Java.
• iOS Developer must have minimun 2+ years of experience in Flutter. Strong knowledge in Swift
• AI Engineers with experience in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn & NLP.
• ML Engineers with experience in Deep Learning, ML models in Python, PyTorch & Keras/Tensorflow.
• Database Engieers with experience in cluster configurations, performance optimizations in MySQL & MongoDB.

For Tester:

• Analytical and logical reasoning.
• Experience of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
• Should have knowledge in manual testing (Web & mobile Application).

For Marketing Specialist:

• An understanding of marketing elements (SEO) and market research methods.
• Eagerness to Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Marketing Consultant should have 3 years experience in Inside sales & sales closure. (In India, Europe market).
• Need to connect with the qualified MQL’s and explain certification benefit and target new acquisition.

For Application Support:

• Previous Work experience in any Ticketing(e.g ZohoDesk/FreshDesk) & Chat(e.g Zoho SalesiQ/Fresh Chat) Tools.
• Troubleshooting Web/Mobile Applications.

Where are we located:

We are currently based in two cities in India. Our Corporate Office is located in Chennai at Elnet Software City, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Taramani, Chennai and our Registered Office is located in Pondicherry at Mission Street.

We work 5 days a week depending on the weekend offs (we alternate between Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday offs).
Our Business Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
