We’re excited to share key platform enhancements aimed at improving supplier engagement, operational efficiency, and user experience on JSRS.
JSRS now features real-time integration with the Riyada system, enabling instant verification of Riyada Cards and SMEDA Certificates.
The J3 Mobile App now includes GPS-based supplier discovery. Using latitude and longitude data, users can identify and connect with nearby suppliers, promoting efficient local collaboration.
A mobile-responsive Web View has been developed to facilitate SCF document uploads. This will allow suppliers to conveniently upload and manage their documents directly from their mobile devices.
The bidproc registration has been integrated into the JSRS Dashboard, giving suppliers streamlined access to procurement events and opportunities within a unified interface.

JSRS Buyers Meet 2025 -Presentation on Suppliers Sourcing & Inter-bidding Process
Business Gateways International (BGI), under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy & Minerals, Oman, successfully hosted the JSRS Buyers Meet 2025 at the Sheraton Oman Hotel on June 30, 2025. The hybrid event brought together key stakeholders from Oman’s Oil & Gas industry, including major Operators and suppliers, for a highly informative session focused on procurement strategies and vendor collaboration through the JSRS platform.

Bridging Academia and Industry – Summer Internship 2025
In June 2025, Business Gateways proudly hosted a group of ambitious students from various prestigious institutions, with a special cohort from BITS Pilani – Dubai, as part of our Summer Internship Program.
This initiative aimed to offer students practical industry exposure, allowing them to work on live projects in various departments. Interns collaborated closely with our expert teams, translating academic concepts into real-world solutions.
