JSRS – Going Green Initiative Launched at OPES 2025
Business Gateways International (BGI), in partnership with the Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MEM), launched the JSRS – Going Green Initiative at OPES 2025, held at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, Muscat.
The Going Green Pavilion showcased how sustainability is being integrated into the JSRS Supplier ecosystem. It helped suppliers understand their role in Oman’s energy transition and how to gain recognition for sustainable practices. The event reflected Oman’s focus on green procurement and encouraged suppliers to actively support a greener future.

JSRS Stakeholder Recognition
We were pleased to engage with JSRS Stakeholder Representatives as part of the Going Green Initiative at OPES 2025.
BGI with Tehran Chamber of Commerce
We welcomed Dr. Saeed Tajik and delegates from the Tehran Chamber of Commerce at our pavilion. Their visit opened doors for cross-border collaboration in energy and trade.
Strategic MoU Signed with TOPCO – China
BGI signed an MoU with The Oriental Pro-Energy Consulting Organization (TOPCO), appointing them as the official JSRS Sourcing Partner for China. This partnership will connect qualified Chinese suppliers with Oman’s industries via the JSRS platform, boosting cross-border supply chain efficiency.

TCCIA, ZNCCIA & businessgateways Sign Strategic Tripartite Agreement
businessgateways proudly signed a strategic tripartite agreement with the Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (TCCIA) and the Zanzibar National Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (ZNCCIA).
This collaboration aims to build a robust joint marketing network connecting traders across Tanzania, Zanzibar, and Oman, with a vision to expand into new markets—driving growth in trade, investment, and economic development.
MoU Signing with TNSF
A key MoU was also signed with the Tanzania National Sourcing Forum (TNSF) to strengthen supplier engagement and cross-border collaboration.
Meeting with Oman Embassy
The delegation met with the Oman Embassy in Tanzania and received full support and blessings for the Tripartite Agreement and future initiatives.
BGI signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Tanzania Women Chamber of Commerce, marking a key milestone in promoting trade and investment between Oman and Tanzania. The event included discussions on collaborative goals and future business facilitation plans.
A detailed presentation and live demo of the Global Business Framework (GBF) were conducted for key stakeholders, showcasing BGI’s digital solutions and B2B platforms. The session highlighted how GBF can enhance cross-border trade engagement and support economic cooperation.
